China Lunar New Year 2023: Now the celebration of Lunar New Year has started in China moaning from Corona. In the midst of Corona, China’s Xi Jinping’s government had announced a 40-day holiday on Lunar New Year. All the restrictions regarding Corona have already been removed in China. Now in these holidays people are enjoying a lot without worrying about Corona.
People are roaming around a lot to enjoy the holidays. Chinese media reported on Saturday (January 28) that travel within China for the Lunar New Year holiday has increased by 74% compared to last year after authorities eased COVID-19 travel restrictions. However, this figure is half of the figures before Corona.
Infection can increase due to movement

As per the official figures, there was a weekly decline in the number of COVID deaths. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported that in the week (holiday period) between January 20-26, China recorded 6,364 Covid-related deaths, compared to 12,658 the week before. First Lunar New Year after 2020
